    • Must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RN/RM) with the Odisha Nurses and Midwives Registration Council (ONMRC) or any other recognized state nursing council.
    • Candidates registered in other states need to obtain reciprocal registration with ONMRC within two months of admission.
  • Domicile Requirement:

    • Must be a domicile or permanent resident of Odisha (applicable for central counseling candidates).
  • In-service Candidates:

    • Government or public/private sector employees need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of application.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Must have passed M.E. standard Odia (for Government institutions and 85% government quota seats in private institutions).
  • Gender:

    • Candidates must be medically fit.
